Went with the intention of buying a is350. They seemed completely uninterested in selling us a car. Didn't have any is350s in stock and didn't have any real answer as to when they were getting any. Went to the Lexus dealer in Montreal and they had one in stock that we could test drive. We bought the car that day.

Just picked up my new NX 350 from Tony Graham Lexus and had an absolutely amazing experience thanks to Mike Eng. From the moment he greeted me, I could tell he genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect vehicle. Mike went above and beyond every step of the way — I truly felt like he would do whatever it took to make sure I was happy. I got exactly the car I wanted, and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to see Mike when it’s time for my next vehicle.

I had an excellent experience with Lexus service for my RX, which was in for repairs under an extended warranty. The entire team was professional, efficient, and genuinely committed to high-quality service. Chris, the service manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Bradley and Mathew were also incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the process. The repair was done perfectly.

Posting this experience for my father. "On ThursdayMarch 27th/2025 stopped by to inquire about the price of a rim and tires for my lexus. i knew which ones i wanted and could point them out, they wanted the VIN of my vehicle. I wanted 20inc rims they told me that id ruin vehicle, differential transmission and speedometer along with the electrical and computer, that the rims wouldn't fit over my rotors and that it would obstruct my brakes. I proceeded to my own mechanic who said that was crap, they were installed and run great. however I needed lug nuts, i called lexus and asked for the part number and the clerk said they weren't allowed to do that- what a LIE." a previous experience i went in for a recall on the trunk they washed the vehicle and told me i needed the head gasket replaced, that they'd do it immediately for 4800- i went to mechanic, never needed that replaced and still running at 440,000km!!! They are scammers, and liars beware!!!!

Worst customer service ever! We arrived 1 hour before closing but called in advance, which is plenty of time. The sales guy just gave us the key and said to do the test drive yourself! The car was dirty and smelly, clearly not ready for showing, but noone cared. The sales guy seemed too busy typing on his computer to answer our questions or show other better options. We had to wonder around the parking lot ourselves. Didn’t expect such poor service from a Lexus dealership. Very disappointing!

Got my car serviced here for warranty repairs. Each time the car came back with exact same issues and some more. Mr Carey and his team each time claimed they fixed the issues. Really incompetent service team in my opinion. Unfortunately not many Lexus dealerships in Ottawa but try to stay away from Mr Chris Carey and his team if you can. Communication is awful. They would keep my car and won’t communicate how long they would need it for completing repairs. Which by the way to date have not been completed. They managed to undo my paint correction and ceramic coating and refused to own up to it. In addition, they get the award of putting the first door ding on my brand new car. Mr Carey said, he’ll look into video footage but never followed up. Would have given minus stars because 1 star review doesn’t do justice to my experience so far.
