I went there last week to get a trade in value on my 2025 Rav 4 Limited. I thought they low balled by at least $3000. Went to Belair Lexus and was offered $3200 more than Tony Graham Lexus. Very irritating when you are treated like you know nothing about the game.

I purchased my first-ever Lexus (NX-350h) in July 2025 at Tony Graham Lexus on Hunt Club and with special thanks to the exceptional client-service approach from salesman Andrew Chambers. After a couple of months of vehicle shopping, I am SO pleased with my purchase. The Lexus NX-350h is fuel efficient, with a smooth and comfortable quiet ride, has all of the necessary tech features and so very appealing in its appearance. Andrew Chambers made the sales experience effortless and his client-service friendly attitude made it a pleasant experience (and we know that this is not always the case). I am a first and going forward Lexus client and thank you Tony Graham Lexus and Andrew Chambers for the nice experience. For the record to reviewers, you can call and get through to Tony Graham Lexus and it service and sales team members which is not the case at other car dealerships and this was also important to me. Terrific experience!

Probably the best dealership service I have ever witnessed. Service advisors are attentive and the shop is consistent with communication. The espresso machine is suuuch a nice touch omg I love the snacks there. Love that my car is washed inside and out for FREE with my service! Thank you service āŗļøā¤ļø

Recently purchased a vehicle here. Mike Eng was fantastic to work with from start to finish! Heās extremely knowledgeable about their vehicles and took the time to walk me through all the features, answering every question with patience. I never felt rushed or pressured. I had a few specific delivery timing requests, and he went above and beyond to make it work. Throughout the process, Mike was always availableāwhether by phone or txtāall the staff there made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. I'm writing this on behalf of my friend, who experienced extremely unprofessional and racist behavior at this dealership while trying to buy a car part. When he asked a simple question about the return policy, Florindo Calvano, the Parts Manager, mocked him and said: āThatās the part. How many times we gotta tell you? Itās an Asian thing. All Asians ask over and over. Donāt tell us how to do our job. No offense.ā He delivered all of thatāmocking, stereotyping, and belittlingāand then casually added āNo offenseā at the end, as if that somehow excused what he had just said. The cashier nearby looked visibly uncomfortable while Florindo continued his rant. My friend simply wanted to understand a return policyāheās not a car parts expert and deserved a clear answer, not humiliation. This was a textbook example of casual racism, made worse by the fact that it came from someone in a leadership role. This kind of behavior is unacceptable anywhere, but especially at a Lexus dealership. If your leadership uses racial stereotypes to shame customers, it raises serious questions about your values and training.
