My first experience with the service department here was terrible from beginning to end. I went for a simple navigation update, and ended up leaving disappointed. I needed to replace my brakes, which I did, but it ended up being a chain of events where I had to return twice for other problems that were generated. When I spoke to the manager, I was even further disappointed. Will never return here. I couldn’t believe how terribly I was treated and how unimportant my time and money was at this location

The service leading up to our purchasing of the car was amazing, but once we paid for the car and it was in our possession the service went absolutely downhill. They became so careless and rude out of nowhere.

Just did a complimentary recall service here, overall it’s good: the tech is professional and did the recall patch very fast; they wash the exterior and carpet of the car. However, I requested a loaner when I made the appointment, but was told I need to wait for it. Thanks for the quick job done, otherwise I would miss the next appointment.

Wish i could give every department 10 STARS!! dealt with Honda/Acura for over 40 years and Camco Acura has just plain gone downhill in EVERY way!! So made the decision to switch to Lexus. 4 hours for an oil change and diagnostic. Good thing I made an appointment. NOT. I figured I’d wait around….2 hours in they told me it needed a few minor tuneups. I figured they were nearly dine. Nope, another 2 hours. Cost a fortune. First and late visit.
