Extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Lexus Tony Graham. I spent over thousand dollar on my last regular maintenance service without washing my car, the guy gave me a detailing voucher asked me to leave, when I called back to book appointment for detailing, I couldn’t get one… maybe it’s time to trading in my RX 350 for MB GLE…

I recently purchased a new to me Toyota Highlander Limited from Tony Graham Lexus. My sales professional was Tan Vo. I would like to commend him on his high level of professionalism and attention to detail. I had to return to the dealership to have a couple of minor issues looked after, and Tan was top notch, providing outstanding service including a lovely day car while mine was being tended to. Brought my car in for warranty and the interior came back filthy. Also nice to see some new scratches that weren’t there before 🙃. Shocked at the low level of service for a “luxury” car dealer

I have had the worst experience ever with this branch. I took my car for the third service and it costed me more than 600 dollars for the inspection including tire inspection. The report was all fine but i got a flat tire after two days. I took the car to costco to repair the tire and have been told that the tire was almost dead since it was so thin. Although in the inspection they mentioned that all the tires are in good condition. I got no help from Lexus service manager and general manager and they say costco inspection is wrong. I took the car to another lexus branch and they inspected the tire again and said the same thing as costco. I just wonder why i paid 630$ for the inspection when nothing has been inspected.
