I recently purchased a vehicle from Tony Graham Lexus and the experience was a great. Michael Eng explained every detail about the vehicle and the purchase process. He is knowledgeable, and professional. The staff are welcoming, friendly, professional and eager to help. They made entire buying process smooth and easy. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend Tony Graham Lexus for anyone looking for honest, positive car buying experience.

Servicing my car here was extremely dissapointing. Brought my vehicle for warranty and ended up coming back many times for issues not related to the original ask. Lack of empathy from the service manager who does not take ownership. Matthew was the only service staff that actually worked with me on the issue at hand and saved the day.

Went to Lexus Graham to test drive a lexus NX250. Was greeted by a very nice receptionist (sorry forgot name) and dealt with Yan Ma , who is very knowledgeable , caring and a great sales rep , would highly recommend! Also had a brief dealing with David Tran who helped with the test drive when Yan Ma was busy with another customer and he was great to talk with. Overall great experience and although i didn’t purchase just yet, it was a great experience and would recommend my colleagues (one bought one from Yan ma and loved her) and when comes to buying a Lexus, i’m coming right back here 👍
