I recently purchased a Lexus RX350 and came across some issues with the vehicle. I went into three different Lexus and Toyota dealerships to get it checked out and none made an effort to squeeze me in or hear me out: I felt hopeless going into another dealership and decided it would be my last stop before I take my vehicle to a private mechanic. I was fortunate enough to meet the wonderful Bradley W. who is a part of the service department at Lexus. He was so kind, patient, helpful and overall such a gentleman. He knew how stressed I was and he made the process so easy for me, patiently listened and understood the problem. My car is now being taken care of as it was checked immediately, I am so grateful for the excellent service. Thank you Lexus and thank you Brad!

Im very disappointed with the experience, i went in to test drive and get a deal about rx350 ,at the same time i wanted to do a trade in. The sales person was in rush , didnt even spend with me 5 to 10 mins , didnt give me much information. I asked if i can test drive , i felt like he didnt want to do that , but then said ok.

This is my third time using Lexus maintenance service. What a terrible experience. It was a waste of my money and time. I used service package #1, but what did I get? The wiper blades were not replaced, and the wheel sensor system was not reset. I wonder if Lexus service just took my money without really maintaining my car. I give 1 star for the quality of service here. I sent some pics from my car. Thanks.

Good Afternoon Mrs. Nguyen, I'd like to take the opportunity to apologize and re-perform the Service #1, inspect and replace wiper inserts, and calibrate your tire sensors correctly for you. We will also redo the Service #1 also to ensure that proper care was taken when performing the inspection. Thank you for working with us to resolve the issues and looking forward to seeing you Wednesday. Again my apologies and thank you for giving Tony Graham Lexus the opportunity to rectify the issue. Sincerely, Chris Carey Service Manager Tony Graham Lexus 613.225.2223 Ext. 671 ccarey@tonygraham.com

Tony Graham Lexus (299 W Hunt Club Road) During the worst part of our covid-19 pandemic, my wife and I went shopping hoping to buy a new Lexus. We had barely entered the dealership (Tony Graham Lexus: 299 W Hunt Club Road) when a salesman walked over to us. There was no friendly greeting or welcome from this salesman, he went straight to business sizing us up like we were walking wallets. This salesman wouldn't help us right away. After a moment of his silly small talk (gibberish), he asked me where I had parked my car and its exact location. I actually started to think this salesman was seriously mentally ill, because at first, he was totally incoherent. Initially, I didn’t say where my car was parked, but it readily became apparent he wasn’t going to discuss selling a new vehicle until I did. This salesman said to me, “I need to know where your car is parked. Some people park in spots where they shouldn’t.” Upon telling him where my car is located the salesman ran outside, found my car and recorded the license plate number on a piece of paper. When this salesman came back into the dealership, he didn’t believe it was my (expensive) car parked in front of the building. Standing about thirty feet away, the salesman demanded to know my license plate number. After looking at his pad he very quietly said, “I know you have money. I can help you.” Next much louder the salesman instantly said, “I can help you.” I’m sure the salesman didn’t realize that I have good hearing and can lip read very well. I totally heard what he was thinking, but possibly didn’t intend to say out loud. Next, the salesman demands that I show him my drivers license or he won’t help me out. The salesman said, “I have to know who I’m talking to.” While I did state my full name, that apparently wasn’t good enough for this evil salesman. First, he checks my car to see if I “have money”. Now he wants my name and address to ‘Google Street View’ my house to get an idea of how much money I may have. Next, the salesman asks, “Is this your current address? Do you rent or own the house?” Also, once the salesman has my name, he can make detailed notes for future sales tactics and pitches if I come back later to buy a vehicle. Trying to move forward I told the salesman, “I’m interested in buying a (new) Lexus.” The salesman started asking me all kinds of crazy questions, such as: “How are you going to pay for the vehicle? We can finance the car. Who is the car for? Why didn’t I buy my previous car at his dealership?” I told the salesman, “I’m looking for a second vehicle.” He said, “You have to trade-in your car.” I said, “I’m keeping my car.” The salesman replied, “I can’t sell you a car unless you trade-in your car. I don’t know what you’re going to do with the Lexus.” (Some people may not know, but during our covid-19 pandemic many dealers refused to sell vehicles to customers unless they were financed and/or had a trade-in vehicle. This is because, during the pandemic due to supply chain shortages of new vehicles, some people were buying new cars and selling them on-line for thousands of dollars over their retail prices.) At this point the conversation was going nowhere fast, so my wife and I hurriedly left the dealership. Maybe this salesman thought that I wasn't swift enough to pick-up on his disgusting conversation (lies, manipulation, rudeness) and behaviour. My wife and I left the dealership without buying anything or even looking at any vehicles, due to what happened to us. Since this is how they treated potential customers, we won't be going back there again, ever. I would have given 0 stars, but the lowest rating possible is 1 star when leaving a review.

Daryl in parts was the NICEST guy I've ever dealt with in service. After purchasing my car, I didn't have a front plate bracket for my UX250h since the dealership I bought it from didn't have it in stock. After calling parts, Daryl put an order that arrived the next day. I drove in and within 20 minutes I was in and out: Daryl and his team made the transaction for the part, then for free they mounted my front plate and put 2 of their own plate covers on the front and back of the vehicle. Not to mention the communication from start to finish on both phone call and text was remarkable. You guys can expect me coming here for any maintenance I need to do on the car even though Bel-Air is half the distance from me.
