Yan and the team at Tony Graham was fantastic. They made me feel welcome and really helped me to select the right vehicle for my and my family needs. Yan was very professional and friendly in all of our interactions. It was a pleasure to deal with her and she made me feel like a truly valued customer.

The dealership is tastefully laid out with showroom and comfortable seating area. We really enjoyed working with our sales rep Yan Ma. She was quick to answer all my questions (both in person and by email), did not pressure me at all, and was very patient with me while I test drove and examined all the great vehicles and my options. I would not hesitate to call Yan in 4 years time for my next Lexus purchase.

Yan is a great sales rep who pays special attention to the small things that make all the difference. We purchased two brand new vehicles within 30 days and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Yan and the rest of the Tony Graham team treated us like family. From the moment you walk in the door, the team goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued and this feeling doesn't end after your purchase. The service department team is excellent as well. I highly recommend Tony Graham Lexus and Yan Ma in particular.
