What an experience!

We had been in the market to purchase a luxury SUV for a few months and visited numerous dealerships in the Ottawa region. Although other dealerships showed some level of interest, none came close to what we experienced at Tony Graham Lexus. From the beginning, we were greeted with respect and courtesy but foremost with people with smiles on their faces. Ms. Yan Ma was no exception to the rule. Extremely knowledgeable of the Lexus product line, she guided us in narrowing our choice to the right vehicle based on our needs and expectations. At time of delivery, she provided us with a very detailed description of our new vehicle's equipment and expertly answered all our questions. This was a truly enjoyable experience. À qui de droit ! Je tenais fortement via ce système confirmer et dire à la haute direction de Lexus, que M. David Tran m'a plus que bien servi lors de mon achat le 11 février ! Avec de nombreuse questions dont j'avais fréquemment, il à su en tout tant me répondre avec précision tout en étant prêt et facile de me d'accès ! Aussi, il a su bien négocier et faire preuve de souplesse face à certaines de mes demandes et cela a grandement contribué à faire en sorte que je me procure mon véhicule au concessionnaire Tony Graham que d'autres au Québec !! My experience with TGLT has been outstanding due to Mrs Ma's exceptional customer service and people skill. Sine my setting food into your dealership, Mrs Ma welcomed me and showed me the vehicle I ended up purchasing, a CT200h. I purchased the vehicle two (2) hours later and it was one of the easiest and stress-free car purchasing experiences. We have since purchased another Lexus from Mrs Ma, an RX350 for my wife. My wife and find Mrs Ma very professional and approacheable therebyaki g the car shopping, and buying, very pleasant and rightfully so. Being a car enthusiast, I find Mrs Ma extremely up-to-date and current on product knowledge and overall automotive industry-related news and Information. As a Realtor, I have to make sure I am driving a very reliable vehicle. That is why I decided to buy a Lexus. Yan as very patient with me. We test drove several models, and Yan was always very good at answering my questions and returning my calls. I would not hesitate to recommend Yan Ma.

I found my experience with TGLT and predominantly Yan Ma to be the model of customer service. Not only was Mrs Ma very professional and knowledgeable but when I left my bank card at the dealership further to purchase of Lexus accessories at the parts counter, Mrs Ma contacted me and offered to drop my bank card at our residence on her way home that day, which she did. It is this sort of customer service that sets true client service apart from the norm.
