I am very dissatisfied with Tony Graham. I just wanted to do a regular maintenance on my new car, but without consulting me, they repaired the vehicle beyond the scope of routine maintenance, which I believe is unnecessary. Moreover, even though I have indicated that the contents of the recall for the vehicle need to be repaired, they have not yet carried out the recall operation. I will give them two stars based on their ability to provide replacement vehicles during maintenance. I won't go here again in the future.

I bought an IS350 AWD F Sport 2, essentially sight-unseen, over the phone, from Thanh Trinh. The car was a Lexus Certified used vehicle, so I wasn't worried, especially given this company's reputation. The experience couldn't have been smoother and more perfect. The price was reasonable, there were no surprises when it came time to pay, the staff are amazing and extremely professional, and the car exceeded my expectations in terms of condition and presentation on delivery. It was even sitting in the lobby when I came in to pick it up, which just makes you feel special! Thanh was great to deal with and even set me up with a really nice set of winter alloy rims and very impressive snow tires, that make the car look really sharp and handle beautifully. I haven't had my vehicle in for service yet but, based on this experience, I would definitely deal with this company again and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

I don’t leave reviews usually unless it’s a 5 star review but sadly this isn’t the case. Service is the worst I’ve experienced in my life. Took my family car in for “service 1” and that costed me $630 for cleaning the brakes not even an oil change. I own a 2020 Mercedes C63s and was never charged anything like that before and when it’s a big check it’s usually something major. On the other hand, Lexus services are a scam and would never in my life be going back there unless i’m buying a car and that’s about it. Be aware people, take your cars to other garages for your services. Tuned Motorsports is a place I would recommend for higher end cars for great prices and guys know what they’re doing with full warranty on their work.

This is my second Lexus from this dealership and I just love the customer service! My last RX350 was completely serviced by this location and they have a top-notch crew (Thanks Chris!). Even after a decade it looked great. However I wanted to downsize and get a hybrid. My sales rep was Zhenjia Li and the service was stellar from start too finish. Ordered in December and my beautiful UXH arrived in April. Love the nori green colour and the light leather seats. Perfect for me.
