Poor service department, lost 2grand on my new winter tyres last season cuz of em. Never going for service again cuz I dont trust them anymore with my car. And their ecp is highly non-recommended

Just bought a car there this week. Tan Vo provided very easy going no pressure sales. When you go to pickup your new car it will be sitting in the showroom - nice touch. Before we left, Tan explained how all the various systems worked and helped with setting up phones and navigation.

Highly Recommend ā Exceptional Service and Expertise! I first heard about this dealership years ago from a radio commercial, and after checking out their stellar online reviews, I decided to give them a try for some recent repairs on my car. Extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Lexus Tony Graham. I spent over thousand dollar on my last regular maintenance service without washing my car, the guy gave me a detailing voucher asked me to leave, when I called back to book appointment for detailing, I couldnāt get oneā¦ maybe itās time to trading in my RX 350 for MB GLEā¦

I recently purchased a new to me Toyota Highlander Limited from Tony Graham Lexus. My sales professional was Tan Vo.
