Ive bought many cars in my life and I know I am not the easiest person to deal with as I am extremely picky when it comes to the little details. Thanh at Tony Graham Lexus was one of the most genuine and patient sales reps I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for their next Lexus. I just picked up my very first Lexus and to say that Thanh went above and beyond would be an understatement. He made the process seamless and simple while getting me the greatest value for my trade while delivering my new car extremely quickly as I requested. I will 1000% recommend Thanh at Tony Graham Lexus to any of my friends and family. Thanh has been working here for 19 years and will make sure you have a memorable experience. I feel so disappointed after my in-person appointment. Their demo car with 1300km is priced $44k(as same price as a new model) and it is non negotiable at all! For trade-in value, they offered my 2020 Corolla $18k, which is funny that how they value their parent company whilst Ford gave me $23000 trade-in value for the same car! Customer service does not go like this on other places.

We just bought a new vehicle from Tony Graham Lexus and we had the pleasure of dealing with Tan Vo. He was respectful of our time and was always available to answer our questions (even after hours and the reply was prompt --- WOW). Thank you Tan for the whole car-buying process, you made the process so smooth and memorable for us.... The estimation you provided for the vehicle production and the delivery was spot on... I have bought multiple cars before but the experience I had with Tan was top-notch. People like Tan make the car buying process a very happy process. Tan...
