I feel so disappointed after my in-person appointment. Their demo car with 1300km is priced $44k(as same price as a new model) and it is non negotiable at all! For trade-in value, they offered my 2020 Corolla $18k, which is funny that how they value their parent company whilst Ford gave me $23000 trade-in value for the same car! Customer service does not go like this on other places.

We just bought a new vehicle from Tony Graham Lexus and we had the pleasure of dealing with Tan Vo. He was respectful of our time and was always available to answer our questions (even after hours and the reply was prompt --- WOW). Thank you Tan for the whole car-buying process, you made the process so smooth and memorable for us.... The estimation you provided for the vehicle production and the delivery was spot on... I have bought multiple cars before but the experience I had with Tan was top-notch. People like Tan make the car buying process a very happy process. Tan... Loved the loaner but wished it was an upgrade from my current suv Otherwise they did a great job with the oil change. The free exterior wash and interior cleaning was a nice surprise.

I have been a Tony Graham customer for well over 10 years now. This was the first time at lexus. Tan Vo was amazing. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable.
