Once I got past the initial appointment call. Everything went "swimmingly"! It wasn't the customer service agent's problem. I just wasn't on any record (despite having bought my new Honda Accord from the Orangeville dealership). Probably because it was not convenient to have it serviced there over the years and I went to a local garage, my paper trail got lost. Not a problem. Service was excellent, timely and courteous. I purchased a used Ridgeline from Orangeville Honda. The staff were very helpful, organized and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Had a replacement key fob cut and programmed because at lease takeover (in a Toronto dealership) the previous lease holder only provided one key. The parts person, who no doubt realized I could be a new client, gave me a small discount and asked all the right questions. Both employees in the service reception area were friendly yet professional. The key was ready ahead of time. Great waiting area and enjoyed a good coffee. Thank you, I will be returning to the dealership for my regular servicing, despite being closer to Bolton Honda.

i was hesitant at first as I had no appt and needed a campaign performed on my car.and I happened to be driving by so I stopped in. The service advisor was great. She took my info and confirmed that there was stock. I was in and out in under an hour which was great as I live more than 30 minutes away. If anyone would ask I would recommend Orangeville Honda without hesitation.

Jessica was great. I did believe that the vehicle had navigation but was disappointed that it did not. Jessica was unsure of the navigation when purchased.

I had made an appointment to get a recalled part replaced a week in advance, and when I got to the appointment quite early in the morning they told me they didn't have the part. They should have ordered it, they had an entire week to do so. Also, I asked for them to check a rattling noise from the engine and it turned out to be the heat shield hitting the exhaust. They went ahead and cut it off without me asking, charged me around $50 for the removal of part of the heat shield and it still rattles often. Not to mention that since it's removal, a leak has presented itself in my exhaust which will cost me more money to fix and now I need to replace my heat shield. Very poor quality of service.

It was an awkward situation due to my lease finishing unknowingly. But they did everything they could to accommodate and I am very satisfied with my service. I was able to test drive multiple vehicles without hesitation. The deals offered were great for being a return costumer. Even explanations about how to properly use the advanced dash screen were great.
