My biggest concern was that the used car we bought had a significant shimmy in it when we test drove it. We were assured that it would be fixed when we picked it up several days later. As we were coming from 45 mins away it was not convenient or easily arranged to pick it up a second time when we arrived and the shimmy was still present.j the dealer and mechanic said it was the current tires and that new snow tires were needed to fix the shimmy. As it turns out we have changed the tires and the shimmy is still there.

I had an excellent experience with Orangeville Honda. I bought a 2016 CRV and I love it. The salesman sat in the car with me and explained all the options and how to operate them. All the people including the manager were friendly and courteous.

Good customer service...car had recall issue and they took care of it very efficiently. They took my car in right away and fixed the issue.

I have driven my Honda civic for two years now and have no complaints about the car itself. It is a wonderful car and I will definitely look into driving more in the future. When I come to service my car, I feel like the cost continues to go up and I am talked into various services which just adds up. Last time I was there I asked about something getting fixed in my car. The staff approached me and let me know the cost. I opted to not go ahead with it as it was expensive and not needed at this time. The staff approached me again in the general waiting area 5 minutes later saying the technician had already taken everything apart, and was willing to split the cost with me. I did not want to make scene in front of other customers, but what was I to do? It should have come at no cost to me since I said I did not want it. It was awkward and I was put in an uncomfortable situation. Otherwise, any other time I come in for service I learn that prices have gone up or services are changing. Its unpredictable and anxiety provoking.

staff was friendly, courteous , prompt, attention to detail, attention to customers. also enjoyed the coffee while waiting for the service to be completed.

Our whole experience from start to finish was very satisfying. Shane was straight forward, honest and very helpful in every respect and helped us feel very confident in our own decision to buy a Honda, in the vehicle and the company backing its product.
