My sales guy was nice but I'm leaving a bad review because I took aprox. 2 hours out of my busy schedule to go see a used vehicle and was only told once I got there that it was defective and would need $2,000 of work, they of course had other options. Wish this was just in the ad, felt sort of like a bait and switch.

Had a great experience at St.Albert Dodge. Steve Lam was our sales guy he went over and above to ensure we had a great experience. The managers, finance department and front end staff were also very welcoming and friendly. Call and ask for Steve Lam for your next vehicle purchase!!

They have a very nice show room and excellent selection of inventory. The staff are easy to get along with. I purchased a truck, but told them I’m from out of town so the accessories I requested needed to be installed before I got there. I was assured they would be, but on the day I arrived things were behind schedule. I was of course frustrated but they did their best to accommodate me. In the end everything worked out and was only a couple hours overall behind schedule. I would shop here again.
