W e met Mike Hayes in the OMS showroom and he was very obliging right from the start . H e arranged a regular test drive and then a 2 day test so we could be sure that this Cadillac was the right one for us. After the sale, which he and Chris Sawyer handled quickly and smoothly, Mike checked with us several times to ensure that we were happy with our new car - we are.

Car seatbelt being repaired and scratch painted

My brand new car's back seatbelt did not work, and we had a scratch on the vehicle.. our Salesman Shawn Irwin did a great job of jumping right on it to have it repaired. so had to bring it back in. I have no problem with the seatbelt repair, however, the body shop left a huge pile of blue plastic in the back seat of my car. I did not see it until I got home. it filled a large green garbage bag. they also left plastic on my seat, paper on the floor. Can not understand why they put that in my car , should it not have been put in their garbage? I was not so happy about that. However, the paint job was done well.

Eric was very helpful and explained all the details of the car and price of the 2016 Chevy Spark. They located the model and colour of car I wanted within days. He explained the different things when I got in the car to drive it. Eric made the experience easier and not stressful.
