Shawn Irwin managed our purchase and over the years I have purchased several vehicles. Shawn's customer services is superior to anything I have experienced from any car sales person. The entire experience was very positive. Shawn was always available to answer all of our questions in helping us to find the right XT5 to match our needs. The purchase and pick up of our new vehicle met my every expectation. Shawn described all the features and how they operate very systematically. I left the dealership with a new car that I was familiar with as I pulled out of the lot. Shawn has also taken the time to follow with both myself and my wife post purchase. I would recommend both Shawn and Ontario Motor Sales to any prospective car buyers.

i cannot begin to tell you how amazed I am for the service and help I received, I felt like I was treated like a queen, Shawn Irwin bent over backwards to make things happen very quickly for me, I have never been so well treated in my life buying a car, the best experience I have ever had buying a new car :)

It took 2 hours to change a tire.

I overheard the mechanic tell advisor all my tires are leaking. I had one replaced due to a nail in sidewall. They didnt tell me about priblems with other tires. They topped them up. 2 hrs for one tire replacement seemed excessive.

I went to Ontario motors sales because they had what I wanted in there inventory of trucks. I dealt with a sales associate that was very professional and knowledgeable who explained everything I needed to know as well any of the questions that I had. The staff at Ontario Motors Sales made my vehicle purchase experience a unique and personable one. They made me feel that my business mattered.
