Amanda was great! She kept me in the loop every step of the way and made sure I knew the status of my vehicle repairs. I had taken it into a different garage 3-5 times for the same problem and nothing was ever looked into, but Amanda was throrough and checked with GM and deciphered what was wrong and made sure the problems were finally fixed! I felt like my car was in very good hands, which is very hard to come by nowadays.

The first time they fixed it I drove it a block and then problem was still occurring. Amanda made sure it was properly taken care of when I brought it back in.
