From our first contact by phone, we were treated with respect and a genuine desire to help. This telephone conversation helped us choose to take the next step and visit Murray Chev Olds. When we went to the dealership, Ray courteously greeted us, spent time listening to us, and helped us get to know the car well during the test drive. I felt like a return customer, even though we had never met. Murray Chev Olds was also reasonable and fair as we came to agreement on a price. For us, the most telling part was in our interactions with Ray after the deal was signed. As we had some minor service done, and acquired another key, we were treated with the same courtesy and attention as we were given before the sale. With all this in mind, it's likely I actually will be a return customer.
