Customer service not what it has been in the past

Focus was on selling me a service package not what I required today. DEF tank not topped up as has been before. No offer to rotate tires. Parked so close to vehicle in parking lot I had to go through passenger door. Seat at steering wheel not returned to original position.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Eduardo Mathews helped with the purchase of my new Grand Cherokee and made it enjoyable and he was very understanding and helpful.

Unbelievably quick service and even better customer service. This is by far the best dealership that I have dealt with in my 15 years of driving. Will be doing all my business for vehicles here from now on. Highly recommend to everyone

Matt and Chad were some of the most pleasant people I’ve ever dealt with, especially in a “sales” environment! Matt was very knowledgeable, not pushy or arrogant but was truly focussed on my concerns and needs. A great guy who truly enjoys what he does for a living! Chad made all the finance negotiations happen and thanks to his hustle I walked out with exactly what I wanted!
