Super good experience buying a new truck at St.Albert Dodge. Chad got me a great deal on an amazing truck. He was super patient and respectful of my budget, which was really appreciated. Clint, the person doing my financing, was great as well and didn't over sell me on extras. He also did a great job explaining everything to me, as this was my first time buying a new vehicle. I visited several dealerships in and around Edmonton and these guys got me the best deal by far.

Called me trying to say they had a good deal for me I entertained them getting me a appraisal for my vehicle and then without consent they did a hard credit pull and then acted like it was a normal thing. I have shopped around for vehicles many times before and never had a hard credit pull till we sit down ready to buy the car will be taking my business elsewhere. So warning to anyone shopping around A DEALERSHIP DOES NOT NEED A CREDIT REPORT TO GIVE YOU OPTIONS AND APPRAISALS. And not apologetic at all I see the horrible customer service followed them to the new building.

I felt that Stephen Lam, Jerry, Chad and everyone really went above and beyond for me and my boyfriend to get the truck we need and want. Exceptional service, very friendly and down to earth. I would highly recommend this team and dealership to everyone.

The staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. The building is very clean. Staff always made sure you were taken care of right of way. Highly recommend.
