My girlfriend bought a certified used Chevrolet Cruize at the dealership. On her way home with the car the change oil warning came up on the dash. I had expressed my concern about the oil before the purchase since it was already 4000km overdue. I was assured it would be changed as well as all other concerns that could arise when the car would be safetied by the dealership. I sincerely doubt it was since on the ride home from the dealership the change oil warning appeared. Only 3 days later the engine light on the car turned on. The 2 codes that appeared were for intake camshaft position actuator solenoid valve and a power control module with a fault in the mass air flow. How the car managed to pass the safety only 3 days prior is beyond me. Very frustrating experience, as of now we are in contact with them to see what will be done but it does not look good. I will be in contact with OMVIC to see what legal recourse we may have. Update: She has been contacted regarding concerns about a negative review. Nothing has been done about her vehicle yet.

Love my new SUV, first one I buy new, worth a year of my salary but I’m stuck listening to a sound I could only describe as the sound brakes make when it’s time to change them, I’ve had 3 people in my car so far other than me that can hear it but no staff at the dealership can. It’s a real downer to think that I’ll probably be stuck with this noise for the next 10 years. Other than that I love the SUV but this part is ruining my experience. My recommendation is to make sure everything is ok with it before you sign and leave with the car, I was trying to be nice and make the sale happen for them on the last day of the month but got no resolution for this issue.

Just picked up my Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV from Bank Street Mitsubishi. Sam was great. Took the time to show me all the features. And there are a lot of features! The gang at Bank Street kept in touch over the couple of months it took me to finally make my decision. I know this is the right vehicle for me.

While I had a great car buying experience it has sadly been way overshadowed by the extremely disappointing and frankly non-existent after sales service. When my 3 month old vehicle had a serious fault and needed warranty work, I was told I was on my own and it wasn't their problem to figure out transportation (loaner or rental) no matter how long my vehicle needed to be in the shop. Thankfully Donnelly's Mitsubishi service dept. actually cares about their customers and were amazing help when Dilawri's refused. So only buy from Dilawri if you dont ever plan to actually service your vehicle there. UPDATE REPLY: Not sure why I need to reach out as I was already told by your Service Manager that he didnt care and would not do anything and your Sales Manager didnt return my call. If I could do 0 stars I would ... that.is I would reduce my rating with your message on here as it is an insult to waste my time further

My experience at Bank Street Mitsuibishi was great from the start! Sam went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. He made sure to point out all the key safety features and gave examples of what could happen to your car if you use certain features in the wrong situations. He really knew his stuff and answered any questions I had and was easy to get ahold of. Eli was also really easy to work with and was easy to get a hold of if I had any questions. Thank you to the both of them for the great service.
