DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Everything they say is a lie, they are scammers and from what I can see I am not the only victim here. Service there is awful damaging vehicles and attempting to get away with it. They’re selling unsafe vehicles and scams of warranty’s that promise they cover everything only to find out you wasted even more of your money. Presented me a list of everything my warranty covered and when I went to actually make a claim they tell me only my transmission and engine are the only things covered. Really helps when my a/c blows in 30 degree weather!! Managers hide and blow you off when you present issues because they know they sell garbage and are only in it for the money. Save your money and stay away from dilawri!

I met with a salesman Sam and I was really impressed with how engaged and how welcoming he was to me. he all fetcher explain to me about Mitsubishi before hand over my car. The manager Mike reassured me of their professionalism and dedication to the customer. I am definitely going to consider looking to purchase a Mitsubishi vehicle because of how welcoming I felt at this dealership.

They are very good and friendly selling the car but the service center is terrible. Within weeks of receiving my car one of their tires lost pressure and I had to pay to have the puncture repaired, in the process they scratched the rim, although I should mention that they did repair it. Two months ago I went back, because my car wobbles gently from side to side at low speed. They only did a 10 min road test and did not even lift the car nor did they inspect the steering or suspension system. They simply told me that they had found nothing wrong with the car and that I should pay $190 for the diagnostic. they didn't even show any interest in finding out more to see if they could find what I was telling them. I should point out that I have Diamond Care Mechanical Breakdown Protection (MBP) and even then I did not receive any special attention. Two weeks ago I went back because I still feel the same wobble and the answer they gave me was that I had to book a new appointment again and that they would do another road test to see if it was worthwhile to lift and examine the car (the appointment was given 3 weeks later, I am waiting for the appointment day) I think the service provided by them is terrible.

I met with a salesman Shu and I was really impressed with how engaged and how welcoming he was to me. I had been to some other dealerships but I felt like he genuinely cared about finding me a vehicle that met my needs. Because of my poor experience with other car dealerships I was a bit skeptical but the manager Mike reassured me of their professionalism and dedication to the customer. I am definitely going to consider looking to purchase a Mistubishi vehicle because of how welcoming I felt at this dealership.

After a decent sales experience, we brought our less than 2 week old 2024 Outlander to the Service Centre for a loud noise it was making. They told us after keeping our vehicle for 2 days that they “couldn’t find anything wrong with it”(so they could charge us since they don’t value honouring warranty work). They removed our hitch and clearly worked on it, but wouldn’t own up to their installation mistake. Our car had 50+ km on it, smelled of cigarettes and a McDonald’s receipt in the front seat. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! I will never go back. They are lying, unethical and manipulative in the service department. I would not recommend this location! We will be going to Donnelly from now on.

During our first visit to the dealership, Chu warmly welcomed us. We highly recommend CHU as he is not only fluent in both Chinese and English but also provides thorough explanations about the cars. Overall, it was a delightful and smooth car-buying experience.

I just bought a used Suv from Mitsubishi, and all the team are amazing to deal with. Absolutely amazing customer service, and Chu-Hsaing was a very pleasant sales representative and thorough with purchasing a vehicle. Very helpful with all questions about my Suv and super friendly. Micheal Pearson is definitely a very outgoing manager and pleasant. He gave me an amazing deal, and his humor makes everything very fun to deal with, and purchasing a vehicle. Very trustworthy car dealership and definitely will be referring and going to them for my next car in the future. If anyone needs an amazing dealership to go to, this is definitely #1. I've been to lots of dealerships within the last month looking for my ford edge, and none of them are has honest like mitsubishi.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Chu at Mitsubishi, and I must say, his service was outstanding. Chu is not only incredibly nice but also extremely knowledgeable and patient in his explanations. He took the time to provide detailed explanations, ensuring I understood every aspect of the process. I highly recommend Chu for anyone seeking top-notch service and expertise at Mitsubishi.
