Excellent experience, great saff and service. We unfortunately had many issues in our lives lately with vehicle's not working properly. We decided to give Mitsubishi on Bank st our business and we couldn't be happier! Not only did they rush to accommodate us in our desperate time of need , but the went far above our expectations! Thank you Mitsubishi on Bank st for everything you've done for us . 2 EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

Awesome service from Sam and the team. He was literally waiting at the door for us and was very responsive and detailed in his introduction to our new Outlander...and gave us the time to make the decision on our own! We took possession within days.

Parts department rarely picks up the phone, and never respond to voicemail. Wasted my time yesterday calling multiple times to get a part with no one answering, nor calling back. Very disappointed!

Exceptional service from Sam Ammouna at Mitsubishi Bank Street! I came in just to have a look and ended up getting an RVR. Sam was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me. Highly recommend!

Overall, we had a great experience at this location. Sam provided friendly customer service; he was exceptionally helpful and explained the features on our vehicle extensively. We felt confident in our purchase and are currently enjoying our new vehicle. When we first entered the store, we were looking for a used car and never thought we would have a better trade buying a new one. From the start, Motassen provided us with excellent customer service, helping us get the best deal. I recently had one of the worst experiences ever at Dilawri Mitsubishi on Bank Street, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal. From start to finish, the experience was a nightmare. The unprofessionalism of the staff was shocking and left me completely disillusioned with this brand. The salesman showed little interest in actually helping me find a car at the beginning. Instead, he seemed to stereotype me as a newcomer just browsing without serious intent to buy. His dismissive attitude made it clear he didn’t value my business. The lack of customer service and respect was astonishing. He repeatedly asked me if my trade-in was paid off, even after I confirmed it multiple times. It felt invasive and unprofessional, as if he didn’t believe me or thought I wasn’t trustworthy. His attitude was off-putting, and it only got worse from there. When it came time to evaluate my trade-in, the sales manager made a point of telling me that he needed to take his time, speaking to me in a condescending manner as if I was asking for a huge favor rather than a standard part of the car-buying process. To top it off, the quote they provided was scribbled on a piece of paper—no official documentation, nothing professional. Given this terrible experience, I have no interest in considering Mitsubishi ever again, even if they were offering vehicles at half price. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service skills at this dealership was appalling. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time and money.
