Mo, Paul and Shu were lovely to work with! Mo exactly knew what I was looking for as my previous car was stolen, Paul walked me through the who purchase procedure with ease and Shu has been providing great customer service overall. No complaints just very impressed with the dealership!

What should have been a happy day to pick up my new car turned out to be very taxing, frustrating, and exhausting. All excitement and anticipation of enjoying the vehicle is now gone. During the excitement of learning everything about my new car, key fobs were handed back and forth for various reasons during this hand over process. After we left the dealership, we realized within the hour that we only had one key fob instead of two that were given to us at the beginning. We checked everything and everywhere we were within that short span of time. I am 90% sure we left with only one key fob. We've been back to the dealership and looked every where. Now we are faced with the replacement of this key fob and worries about another key fob floating around out there. What a great start. In addition, as I parked and walked away, I noticed a yellow scruff mark on the light grey leather interior between the window. I hope they will be able to get that off. It was a rainy day, windows haven't even been down. What a great start, hopefully it is not a sign... Update: They were able to provide another key free of charge. Although it could have went more smoothly and quickly, each visit was met with courtesy and professionalism. Thank you.

I strongly advise against using this dealership. They performed over $800 worth of repairs on my car without obtaining my authorization and then refused to take responsibility for their mistake when confronted.
