Terrible service

Two months ago, I had ti replace my tire and Rim, due to a flat tire. I had alot of issues with the service back then, and it wasn't until a manager contacted me to come in, bring my car and they will look after it. They managed to fix it within an hour and the manager appologized about all the mix up. Today, the service rep called me asking my to pay for the rim and apparently it wasn't under warrenty and it wasn't communicated to him that everything was settled after my meeting with the manager??? He called me twice and interrupted my two meetings demanding my visa number over the phone to pay for the rim, which i thought i didn't have to pay for according to the manager and the service rep. I am very disappointed in this service and sadly I won't return to this location for any other services.
