Quick (took my car in for appointment <12 hours from phonecall), friendly, fixed car and went above and beyond. Shuttle driver was pleasant. Great experience.

I had a check engine light come on late in the day and since I have a gmc truck I tried getting into Wheaton and was told the earliest someone could help me was the following week. I then called SMP and was given exceptional service by Brent the shop foreman and will definitely be going back

I recently bought a used truck from SMP. Being that I live in Texas and I had to buy the truck sight unseen, I was a little nervous. Both John, my Salesperson, and Kelly in Finance were great. We had to work through some hurdles related to the exchange of USD to CAD buy Kelly made it easy. (Very friendly and no tricks) Given the exchange rate I will certainly be telling my friends about SMP! When I did have one small hiccup, I sent a note to Mike Squires (Dealer Principal) and he got back to me- same day! He sorted it out and everything was taken care of. It took me two days to drive the truck back to Dallas but it was a smooth ride, just like my experience at SMP- thanks guys!

Tyler Muench and Gord Mansfield were excellent to deal with. Tyler was very good at presenting options for a vehicle and very knowledgeable about the various vehicles. I am looking forward to continued business with SMP given this most recent experience. I typically find it quite irritating when purchasing a vehicle. I did not with these guys at all. Very pleasant and straight forward deal with.

Not pleased at all with SMP service. They over filled my engine oil and oil was leaking out of drain plug and oil filter. Hard to deal with. Service department doesn't want to warranty my running boards on my 2020 2500. The running boards and bubbling and starting to peel off. I had a folding mirror crap out on me. They replaced it. Which was ok, when I got it back. Trim peices for the inside door was missing and finger prints all over the inside of my freshly cleaned truck. I would recommend going somewhere else for oil changes and service.
