For a car that was bought a year ago for CAD 26k and has driven 10k km, they offer CAD 9k. And the car is still in excellent condition. I wonder, if I buy a car from them and come to them to sell it the next day, how much will they offer for it. I'm sure it's less than twice.

When we determine the value of a vehicle, we refer to several trusted sources, including OpenLane, V-Auto, and current listings in our marketplace. We also take into account factors such as accident history, the vehicle’s place of origin, and any reconditioning costs. Every valuation is carefully calculated to ensure we neither undervalue nor overvalue a vehicle. In your case, it seems like you were expecting a market value based on what an end user would pay. However, please note that we are not the end user, and our valuation reflects what we would pay in the context of trade-ins. Rebecca was very helpful after some issues with some internal changes with staff and the company leading to confusion about the work order for my veichle, but she figured it out and got everything looked after!

Buying was no problem, but the service department is a joke. They book appointments no problem but can't seem to get things fixed. Took the vehicle home twice with them not even looking at it. I live out of the city so every time we just keep having to bring it back for another appointment hoping that this is the time they get it fixed. Had enough the sales team can thank the service department for loosing them a customer.
