I went to meet with a service advisor this morning because my new vehicle had a check engine light with a reduced power message. Rebecca Friesen handled the situation better than she needed too. I came in miserable and stressed as a hockey parent down to one vehicle and needing to go two separate ways and I wasn’t even easy to deal with but she made some serious magic happen. Not only did I get my vehicle in right way sooner than she had even told me which I was okay with I ended up getting my vehicle back in the same day! Thank you Rebecca and thank you SMP for getting me looked after and a job well done. I am surprised and greatful!!

Service doesn't back their work.. issue came back after 600km after it was "repaired" and wanted another $900 to look in to it further. The previous $450 for them to not correctly fix the issue means nothing to them.

Service department is a joke! And sales isn’t much better. They are tell you want you wanna hear and they double back on what they say they are going to do then give you a bunch of excuses on why. Don’t waste your time.

Tire pressure was low on our new Buick while we were traveling out of town in Saskatoon. Michael was excellent, offering to get all tires back to perfect pressure. We didn't even buy the vehicle there. Thanks.
