Kelly Kacor was awesome to work with during the purchase of my new Cruze. She was always available by phone or email to answer any questions and she seemed just as excited as I was about the new features in the 2016 Cruze, eager to demonstrate the new technology that was part of the new vehicle lineup. From the start, the whole process was easy. So I'm sitting on my couch on a Friday night using the whole "Build and Price" feature on the website and then the "Pre-qualify for Credit" option. Wow...30 seconds later I was pre-qualified for the car I wanted. By Saturday morning heading out for my Timmy's run I check my email and it was Kelly thanking me for my enquiry and that she is available if I would like to meet. With meeting arranged, Kelly provided me with a test drive vehicle. So after completely falling in love with the car, I head back to the dealer to see how much damage this could do to my finances. I was completely prepared to resign myself to the fact that I would have to wait until I hit the lottery or i happen to find a bag of money lying on the road. Well, Kelly was able to find so many discounts that I qualified for that not only did she make the car affordable but because of the savings I was able to upgrade many options on the car. This isn't my first new car so I'm familiar with the basic discounts but wow...I'm sure if I was wearing green socks that day, she would have found some obscure "green-sock-wearer's" discount. Making a long story a bit shorter...couch shopping on Friday, test drive on Saturday, tell Kelly I want the upgraded Cruze on Monday, drive the new car home on Tuesday afternoon. Thanks Kelly!!

Service was great they informed me of what I was getting into. The only thing to make it that much better is if they can let me know if I'm Eligible for a upgrade meaning bigger version of what I have.
