Brian Dick was most helpful in helping me to select the best model of vehicle for my use. He is very articulate and a good listener where my needs are concerned. When the vehicle arrived he demonstrated and explained in detail all the special features. Very pleased with his assistance.

I was promised winter wheels and tires.........turns out I only had the tires without the wheels.....not happy with that.

Eric was polite, the price was right. I did have to wait a long time, my val tag was not the correct one, I had to wait to that to be fixed as I had requested 2yrs. The deal was to include winter wheels and tires then at closing that was not the case and only a small amount was credited.

Ryan was the best salesman we have had since starting to buy GM's 30 years ago. Honest about pricing, knowledge of vechile was top notch. He was a genuine person during purchasing 2 vechiles from him this year. Upon pickup one of the GM employees hit my brand new car on the lot, Ryan came to the rescue and had it fixed that week! My experience with Brian Dick and everyone at OMS was a very positive experience. I purchased a 1year old new car and was treated like I was buying a Cadillac!
