Oil change performed , no problems Glove box fell open afterwards- wasn't installed properly Tech fixed no problem Quite time consuming for an oil change considering I could have the same svce done at many places.

It was a very busy morning but Rennie , as always, had time to greet me and completed the work order. He explained that my car would not be washed. He gave me a coupon for a car wash. The work order was completed as promised and on time.
