Had snow tires put on, other tires wrapped. The car was washed, which is always nice. When we called to book our appointment, we had to wait a week. Apparently, everyone wanted their snow tires on!

I believe I have been misguided and dealt with entirely improperly. I feel absolutely cheated! Today, they put the nail in the coffin of our relationship. I haven't enough trust in them to want to "work it out".

Diagnostic fee on warranty?

My partner and I bought a 2014 Honda Accord V6 Touring. It is quite an expensive vehicle we paid cash for as well as purchasing additional accessories for it. We are having issues with clunking and vibration that we believe is the transmission. The car isn't even 2 yrs old and we've come to Honda a handful of times with complaints. We've had technicians in our car and agreed that it doesn't seem right. In order to eliminate possible causes they took out this air filter aftermarket accessory that we purchased from Honda brantford and replaced it with the original piece. The clunking is now faint but the vibration is still there. We don't feel that #1 we should not be paying for over 200$ in diagnostic work that should be covered in our warranty #2 be content on throwing away and wasting over $1000 in an accessory that was purchased through Honda. #3 if you can't fix it or figure out then problem send it to someone who can on your dime not ours. We purchase new cars for peace of mind knowing we don't have to make repairs on a newer vehicle because we have warranty. Please let your owner know we are his neighbours that live 5 houses down from him with the black Honda accord parked out front.

The people I dealt with to purchase my new vehicle were patient, helpful, and down-to-earth. I never remember all the requirements of turning in one vehicle for another and the folks at Brantford Honda are took me through it step by step.
