Bought winter tires and mats for vehicle. I was made to feel comfortable while I waited. They even took the vehicle through the car wash for me!

I received door sills for my crosstour the price was comparable to what I could have got online and they installed them as well. While waiting I had a coffee , and received a quote on snow tires

airbag recall was done. Sold me new rims for my winter tires and installed them. Every thing was done in the time specified.

Missed item

There was an item missed in my initial service that led to 3 months of poor fuel mileage. I called in several times stating my mileage had dropped and was told it couldn't be related to the service. When I finally brought my car in I found out my rear caliper was partially seized. The initial service was replacement of rear brakes and rotors. This should have been caught then. Now I'm sure there has been additional wear on the new brakes.

Friendly, prompt courteous service

Oil change and checkup for travelling - I was greeted politely and services were explained in detail along with estimated costs. Service was performed in a timely manner and I was called by the service rep to explain a potential problem and asked if I would like that extra service performed and the costs. Staff was pleasant, helpful, and courteous. Its a pleasure doing business with my Brantford Honda.

We recently downsized our Pilot touring to a new civic. Scott made the process as painless as possible. We're sad to see the Pilot go but happy with the all new civic. I highly recommend dealing with Scott as we've dealt with many sales people at other dealers in the past buying/selling our work trucks and personal cars and haven't always had the best experiences.

I found Danielle to be very knowledgable and friendly and she certainly puts customer satisfaction as a priority! While my overall experience buying a new vehicle for the first time was good, I am not impressed with upper management as they were not as helpful as I think they could have been. Should I choose to ever buy another Honda vehicle I will not be going to the Brantford dealership.
