This comes from about a year ago, I was there to look at a used truck they had posted on Kijiji. When I got there the truck was nowhere to be found, felt like a "bait and switch" and they wasted about 30-40 minutes of my time "looking for the truck". Before I had even seen a vehicle I was interested in, they were asking me personal information about my credit and income. It's incredibly off-putting to be asked these kind of questions before I agree to do business. I've purchased many vehicles and that's not the first step. I thought it may have been a one-off with that particular sales guy, but my fiance had the exact same nosy/high-pressure experience when she pulled up to look at a Jeep on display 3 weeks later. 3 stars because we didn't make a purchase/benefit of the doubt. I would recommend if you go there be sure to take a stance of not giving them any personal info until you see a vehicle you're serious about purchasing.

Just completed a purchase of new 2019 Ram pickup. Worked with Sales Manager Danny and salesman Brandon who were absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Honest, straight-forward fair treatment and no games. I cannot recommend this dealership and fine group of people enough. Special thanks to Nick for doing my delivery as it is not his job. He is a sales associate and stepped in when the regular person was away. He knows his stuff! Special thanks also to sales manager Brad who organized the closing and pick up last minute on a Saturday when Danny was not available. Showroom reception was friendly and courteous. I look forward to returning for regular service based on how well I was treated. This is how a dealership should be run.

I have a 2017 3500 and have delt with Jenn Schielke in service almost from day one. Truly one of the best service advisors I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If your bring your ride into service as for Jenn you will not be disappointed with the service. Truly amazing to deal with and she will not give you a bs answer like we all get use to getting Jenn rocks!!!!

Jenn Schielke - Total Awesomeness

Jenn is legit services advisor. We have had some reoccurring issues with out fleet, and she keeps her cool and is persistent in trying to find the root the problem. She also pulls in as many resources as she has around her to try to find a solution - she's a real team player and gets it done.

I have purchased 2 trucks from South Trail now and could not be happier with the purchases or the service department! I always take my units in to Jenn Schielke in service and she always makes sure everything is looked after perfectly and in a timely fashion. Fantastic place, not like so many dealerships that often feel like they are in the business of dirty pool. I highly recommend them and Jenn for all your service needs!

Vehicle purchase

The sales staff was very helpful in figuring out the model of Grand Cherokee that included all the options I was looking for. They picked out a High Altitude model to test drive and it far exceeded my expectations and they also showed me a newly arrived vehicle in a colour that I might like and they were right. We made a deal for it right away and I was able to pick it up the next day. Great experience.
