Winter tires and rims swapped out for regular tires and rims!

Our 2012 Equinox was being returned early for a beautiful 2016 Chevrolet Colorado XT!! We had the winter rims and tires on the Equinox and needed the original rims and tires on the vehicle for the inspection done prior to returning a leased vehicle. The staff at OMS received me and my request with good humour and ease!! I enjoy humour with staff and right frome our salesman to the shop it is there!! I was told the change over would not take very long ( the regular rims and tires where in the back ) and I could wait in the lounge and get a refreshment if I wished. He would let me know as soon as it was ready!! I had barely finished my 2nd hot chocolate and some browsing on my phone when he advised me the vehicle was ready!! I know we are going to be happy at Ontario Motor Sales!!

John took vehicle and checked tire and rim to see if there were leaks. John provided feedback to let me know what they found and kept me up to date after several test drives to make sure problem was rectified.

Purchased a new 2016 Volt at this dealership despite living in Mississauga. The whole team I was in contact with was very professional throughout the sales process. Especially Brian was helpful working out the details of the deal. They were not pushy and willing to accommodate my timing issues. When picking up the car Brian was well prepared, documents easy to review and he even marked up the books for the most important features. Car was delivered clean, full tank of gas and battery fully charged. Also after getting the car the dealership and Brian followed up to make sure I'm fully satisfied. Overall a positive buying experience and most importantly I'm extremely pleased with the 2016 Volt.
