Five stars to Ryan Mercado at Winnipeg Honda. I recently purchased a car and received exceptional customer service from Ryan and the staff at Winnipeg Honda. The knowledgeable staff was able to answer all my questions and help me get a great car! They were very respectable, courteous and professional. It was a good experience and I would recommend checking them out for future purchases.

We had a great experience with our salesperson Darryl Cabaltera. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, taking extra time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. And always with a smile! We love our Ridgeline and would absolutely recommend Darryl to anyone looking for a great vehicle shopping experience!

Service dept is a joke. First they recommended a cabin filter change. For $188!!! What kind of rip off for a thirty second job are you trying to pull?? Second, they recommend getting the brake rust cleaned up. No problem, but then say an oil change is part of it and has to be done at the same time even though I do not need one done. Or I could forego the oil change but the price would remain the same. Third, my appointment was at 9 am to get tires swapped from winter to summer. They did not finish until after 2pm! I don’t live in the city of Winnipeg and this caused a huge inconvenience. Their excuse was, “that’s just how their service system works.” Places like this is why people have a trust issues with dealerships/garages. I won’t be back, that’s for sure.

A parts salesperson (won't give the full name but first initial is "I") was being disrespectful. I was told to insert my credit card instead of tapping it. The person in front of me was able to tap his credit card (his transaction was probably more expensive than mine b/c I was just getting a couple cheap items so clearly not due to the price limit allowed per tap). I wanted to ask him why I couldn't tap my card b/c everyone prefers contact-less method of payment during COVID now. Instead of providing a clear explanation, he showed me how to make "inserting the card into the POS machine" motion using his hands in such sarcastic manner...as if I had no idea what "inserting the card" meant (I hope he doesn't act like this toward other Asian customers/co-workers).
