Work performed on time. Cost explained prior to service. Building was clean and well maintained. Waiting area was bright and comfortable.

They listened to my concerns, and instead of trying to blame me like birchwood they tested my battery and found that it was my car starter That was draining my battery and that is wasn’t my fault like birchwood tried to pull on me. Will stick with crown going forward!

Buying the car was an okay experience. But some things the salesperson, sunny, promised me never came to fruition. For example, he said he would repair the rip in the upholstery in the back seat and repair some rust under the seat. Neither of these were followed upon. I am also fairly sure a “musky” smell was covered up during the test drive. As two days later, the interior smelled quite bad and took some work to get out.

I recently had Winnipeg Honda install a roof rack and new tires on my 2014 Honda Ridgeline Touring. The service was excellent and everything looked and performed great when complete. My only complaint is that I spent close to $1900 during this service visit and you don't bother giving the vehicle a quick rinse off to make it look nice when complete. You blamed not doing it on Covid which has become far to common of an excuse. So you can do all this work on my vehicle but not wash it because of Covid? Not buying that. A $2 car wash can go a long way in making a customer even happier. I also had one mismatched lug nut due to one of the originals falling off. I would like to think the mechanic doing the job would have gone to the parts bin and found a matching lug nut to put on instead of the old ugly mismatched lug nut. Just little things like that go a long way in customer satisfaction. Otherwise all was good, just attention to some small details that don't cost much time or money can go a long way in having customers come back and spend more money on service in the future. Thanks.

Mr sukhpreet brar, there are few people who are dedicated to their job. You are a nice and patient guy. You are perfect for your position.
