My wife brought our 2014 Honda Odyssey in to check on the factory DVD player as it was not playing and kept ejecting the disc. $178 in diagnostic fee later, she was told the laser head is probably shot and would cost $1,400 to replace it. Fast forward 2 weeks later, brought the same vehicle to Waverley Subaru for detail cleaning. I casually mentioned the DVD problem to the service manager and he said they can take a look at it. When I got our vehicle back, to my surprise, the DVD player was fully functional. Moreover, I wasn't even charged for it. I honestly don't understand why Winnipeg Honda cannot identify the problem and simply suggested an expensive alternative when the problem can be fixed free of charge AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! If you ever get a quote from here, I would advise bringing it elsewhere for a second opinion just to make sure you are being presented with thr most economical solution instead of the easiest yet most expensive solution. hard to get in and out of Dealership

It is hard to get in and out of Dealership. No where to park , driving through parking lot is awful as there is not enough room for 2 cars, should have one way signs. It is very difficult to get into and out of the service area almost dangerous.
