Tim would not provide evidentiary information for compliance of program2190EC (Factory Inv showing EV Price)

Internal Factory inv where we were to initial than has AC and Destination charges added to obtain the number quoted us which not how it works - EP program has the AC and Destination charge's incorporated in it for program and is supposed to only have Tire tax, HST, license, admin fees added.with FCA program 2190EC and when asked to provide a copy for clarification we were told AC and Destination fees wasn't charged and is how things were done and would not provide a copy of the Factory Inv for clarification and would only say that how its done- Audit has been asked for with FCA Canada for non compliance verification as have had 0 help in verifying this with Tim over and over from beginning of sale to forced finishing due to his family priorities on a Friday workday. On my father 2125 program, the EV price had no AC nor Designation charges on it at different dealership 10 days before on 2021 Wrangler nor did their price agree with FCA advantage pricing internal website where we can see the price we supposed to be charged before tax, Admin fees, tire tax.

Hi Wendy, I have reviewed your deal and the price charged to you is 100% correct and the EP program rules were adhered to exactly. The invoice you were showed and signed was the factory invoice, not an “internal invoice” as you called it. You also signed the EP worksheet which shows step by step what the EP price is and what is added per the rules of the program. We are audited on all of these sales by the manufacturer and follow the program rules to the letter. I also personally worked with top level management for nearly a week to get an exception on the pull ahead program for you when your previous sale was ineligible due to another dealers error. There are also very few dealers offering the EP program right now due to vehicle shortages and we still allowed you to utilize it. I would be happy to sit down and review the paperwork and EP program rules with you to clarify and clear up any confusion. -Chad Pothier

Outstanding service and willing to make the best deal. The cliché of “If you want a better deal go outside Halifax”- is real. And Pothier Motors is a shining example of that. My purchase experience was second to none. Plenty of support after the sale as well. That being said: The service department is not as knowledgeable as they should be. An issue with changing tire size and their knowledge/willingness to do so made the service experience subpar.
