Nikki, Tim B, Jamie and Chad always make us feel like we made a great investment when purchasing our vehicle with Pothier Motors. The delivery process felt like you were receiving special treatment ensuring we left with no further questions and that our business meant a lot to their organization.

I couldn't have received better service both when making the purchase of my new RAM or with the after care service, having my winter tires and mastershield applied. When purchasing Federico was easy to deal with and always focused on customer service. You can tell he's always looking out for the customer. The finance manager, Julie, even came into the office from her vacation to complete the sale. I was very happy with the final deal. The service department at Pothier's was also great. They applied the mastershield on a day of heavy rain and suggested they would like to keep the vehicle in their shop for the evening to let the mastershield dry properly. They then provided me with a vehicle to use until the next day.
