Missleading.

Multiple issues with brand new vehicle, unfortantly they are unfixable as they come from factory as so. Unfortanate but i believe improvements will be made to address the issues.

Hi Isaac, I am sorry you believe there are issues with the vehicle but the complaints provided were normal vehicle operation. I have tried everything possible to address your concerns including picking the vehicle up and leaving you a loaner at your location 30 minutes away. If your complaint is with the vehicle and not the dealership I would appreciate it if you would remove the negative review and direct it at the manufacturer as this negatively affects our business.Thank you, -Chad Pothier

I wouldn't by a vehicle from them ever again. Our vehicle has been in the shop for weeks now . Paid for the extended warranty (what a joke that is) they find any way to make the customer pay and not own up to their end of the deal The service department is a joke they told us that our van threw a drive belt because our back wheels are seized.... I checked and they were fine. They put a new belt on and it flung off again now they are replacing alternator, water pump and belt tensioner.... must of been the back wheels again I would give them no stars if I could

Shopping for a new Ram 1500, Pothier Motors was the only dealership to listen to my needs, and within minutes, found me the right fit. Furthermore, Pothier offered me the highest trade-in value for my 2009 Ram, compared to all Ram dealers in HRM. I added the extended warranty, including the tire warranty, and today, after 10,000 Kms of wear, I brought a punctured tire to Pothier Motors for repair, and the Service team replaced my tire, no questions asked, and at no cost to me. I didn't know a replacement was preformed until the tire was delivered, installed on the rim, and balanced. From Sales to Service, Pothier Motors truly stand behind their brands, and value their customers.
