I love my new ILX. Donnie and Grant made the whole sales process seamless. They are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very personable. I would highly recommend buying at Acura on Brant.

Incompetent and overcharging service department. Charged over $500 for a new evaporative canister which didn't even fix the problem. After numerous visits over 3 months, it was finally resolved when they decided to clear the air intake, which was the source of the problem. Of course they charged another few hundred dollars for this on top on the unnecessary part. Also tried to charge $50 for a turn signal bulb that was just loose.
