I recently was in a bind a couple new vehicles, I reached out to Tim at the dealership, and he was able to source out any truck I wanted! Tim Douglas worked so hard to get my truck quickly, and did his best to get me the best price that nobody could compete with. I bought a new 2021 f150, which.. are extremely hard to come by, especially during this time. I loved dealing with Tim Douglas so much, that I actually bought a second vehicle from him within a month! I have never in my life had such a pleasurable buying experience, Tim made me feel like I was in good hands. I don’t think I’d ever shop anywhere else again.

What an amazing client experience we had with sales consultant Anthony. He made sure our needs were met by understanding what we were looking for in a car. Love my new Acura RDX A-Spec. A special thank you to Jerome and Grant, they went above and beyond for me and gave me the real VIP treatment. I have never had this level of service or hospitality at another dealership. Keep up the great work. My family will be a returning customer soon - An MDX A-spec for my wife.

Would not recommend this place to service your car to anyone at all, I was a loyal customer for 3 years at this dealer for service after purchasing my car here. Drove 40km one way to service my car and when I needed them to take care of me they completely neglected me and ignored me. I had to further escalate the matter to acura Canada and even after my contact with acura Canada this dealership acura on brant decided still not to contact me at all. Very disappointed at the level of service they provide and I am done with this dealership and would never ever recommend anyone to this place.

I bought a HONDA CR-V @begining of April 2021.After 3 weeks I discovered some issues (technical issues), which I didn’t see at the time of sale. I booked an appointment with help of Rana(the agent who sold the car for me-Thank you Rana-).The team fixed the issue right away with free of charge. Thank you guys.
