Exceptional sales and service experience

For a first time Mazda sales experience, so impressed with the warmth, honesty and professionalism of their entire team. From the friendly receptionist, product sales knowledge of our salesperson Jesse, to the manager and financial specialist, it was a complete wrap around service. Dealing with the often high pressured, slightly misleading experiences in other dealerships over the years and during this sales search, this was completely refreshing. Their cars are gorgeous and an exciting drive as well but the team is what makes the experience!

Oct 2019 Getting sick from gas fumes & once again they are still the best!! Jeep is 100% perfect! I have never since 1968 received such amazing honest service as at this dealer. I did not even buy my jeep from them and they treat me better than anyone every has in my life! I have been ripped off from Toronto, Collingwood, Sudbury - Vancouver and back. Sick hands-capped they could easily charge me thousands like other dealers did but they don't! There truly is no other place like them in Ontario. I live on the road in winter and they have kept me save. Thank you so much. you are the best.

2025 UPDATE: STILL THE BEST SERVICE AND MECHANIC ESPECIALLY TYLER RE MY 2010 JEEP & 2009 TOYOTA CORROLA NEVER EVER GOT THIS KIND OF AMAZING SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE IN ONTARIO & I HAVE HAD MANY MANY VEHICLES SINCE 1968. Fit and finish sub par, disappearance of expensive prescription sunglasses troubling

Please see above. Troubled that it takes more than one visit to rectify problem. Fit and finish Have been subpar and while I am not accusing anyone of theft, the disappearance of expensive prescription sunglasses from vehicle is troubling to say the least. To be fair my sales person did extend a loaner vehicle to me for the duration of the repair which I very much appreciated.
