Service department is terrible, I have a gold package warranty and was told on various occasions by the same employee "I've got to pay my guys." Not something someone wants to hear when you ask if its covered by warranty after spending thousands on extended warranty package. No longer attend this dealership do to similar experiences with same employee.

Such great service. This was the first time I was ever contacted by a car dealership to see how we were doing with our new truck and told her of a very small problem with it they made an appointment for us right away and fixed the problem. Everyone is very pleasant and always smiling. Just a great group of people. Hubby and I bought this truck from Chad Davis who was very informative and friendly, very professional and treated us more like family. Such a treat to find a salesman like him. I would highly recommend Chad to anyone looking for a vehicle. Also Jerry Joseph, business manager doing the financial part for us was just great and let us know all details and explained all details we had to know.

Went in yesterday around 8:00 pm. Close to their closing time Simon Singh, a sales associate here at St. Albert Dodge jeep and Chrysler stayed an hour after his shift to help my with my problem. Back in October two years ago Go auto west I traded in my vehicle for a 2011 jeep which they had way overpriced, about twice as much in fact and had slapped on a crazy interest and tricked me into leasing the vehicle instead of financing like I had been less to believe. Simon and his Manager Matt Maclean have gone above and beyond to help me rectify the situation while saving myself, the buyer, the most money possible. Putting the customer first. They both saw that I needed help recovering some of my debt and though I didn’t purchase a vehicle this time around. I will be back forsure to purchase a vehicle from these amazing people. 5/5 would recommend them and anyone at St. Albert Dodge to help them find exactly what they are looking for. And while it would of been easy for them to take advantage of me like Go Auto did. They took the time to compare different price points and make sure I understood exactly what I was getting myself into while not pressuring me the least bit to make a purchase. They truly put the customer before themselves and I will be recommending them to any friends new to the area or looking for a new or pre owners vehicle. Thanks again guys!
