My sliding doors did not work and engine light were on due to my son draining the battery (which I was not aware of). Trevor told me what they would do and pending complications, an estimate. The estimate was accurate and the van was fixed.

I arrived a bit early for my appointment to have my 2005 Honda Pilot looked at and it was taken in for it's inspection reasonably fast. Although I did not buy my Pilot at this dealership I was treated with curtsey and respect and it didn't take long for the results of what needed to be repaired starting from the most needed to the not so urgent repairs. Given some options and with my agreement Brantford Honda's technicians started repairs on my vehicle. My service advisor Adam spoke to me a few times updating me on the progress and approximately how much longer the repairs will be. While I was waiting for my Pilots repairs I couldn't help but notice the friendly smiles from all staff that worked there, the efficiency of their staff, the upbeat communication between staff and their clients. I would recommend The Brantford Honda Dealership to anyone as you are definitely treated like you are important too. Dan Cooper

I had my oil changed and at this time I am notified of anything else that is required. When something is recommended by the staff, I will have it done because I trust that they are making sure my car is safe.
