Trevor explained the service required and why, offered a complimentary car wash and arranged a ride to and from my home. this is why we continue to use Honda to service our Honda vehicle.

Sadly after I purchased a new Honda I was in an accident that wrote off my car. Brantford Honda staff worked with me to get my financing and a new, new Honda. They worked seamlessly with myself and my insurance company to make what could have been a bad incident into an easy and stress free experience. Brantford Honda treats you more like family than like just a customer. I look forward to working with them for all my vehicle needs in the future.

I had my airconditioner repaired on my Honda CRV. The warranty covered the repair. The service was great and I have no complaints.

we came because we had a coupon for discounted service. We explained that all we needed was an oil change and new wipers. When we received our bill we had to pay for service we did not need or want. The upside we learned that there is a difference between windshield and rear window wiper.

After seeing how low the brake pads had become over winter [seized] it was great to know that the service people had time to replace the pads and turn the rotors on the same appointment as the oil change.
