When buying a vehicle, we found the sales person and financial person very pleasant to deal with. They made sure we had all the information needed to make an informed decision. They were polite,courteous and extremely helpful. When bringing a vehicle in for service, we found the same type of service. Service staff was polite and friendly. If you brought the vehicle in for a certain problem and while working on the vehicle,found another problem , they informed us immediately. We then had the option to make that repair then or leave it for a later date. We've had nothing but good experiences at Wheaton. The staff is excellent , the service is great,we love the vehicles bought from Wheaton and these are the reasons we will continue to deal with Wheaton.

So far great! impressed with sales staff. Have not experienced auto service centre as yet or warranty service. Ask me next year.

I'm very glad to have 4 oil changes free and the svc dept is super friendly! It's easy to get an appointment.

the service was ok, just felt like an intruder

Found that when I asked when I made an appointment where i went, that I was told the big doors. Not what side of the building, etc. I arrived to get an oil change and really no one paid attention to as I was standing there. Then as I walked over to someone and asked, they just told me to bring the car, not saying what door. There was no instructions to when I returned as to were to go before getting the car. So, basically, instruction for a first timer was vague.

I have been a customer with Wheaton since 1992 when I purchased my Olds Cutlass, then in 2005 my Chev Equinox and now my GMC Terrain. Everyone has treated us well - thank you !!
