I agree buying experience was fantastic however their service department needs improvement.

They should learn customer service before running that business.. I bought cadillac anyway but wanted to buy camaro. Even manager doesn't know how to treat customers ..weird.

Had my vehicle in the body shop on a sgi claim and I gotta say the staff there went above and beyond I got it back and it looked like day I bought it new. A+++++

I have to say the sales team is great! I would recommend Wayne Bodnaruk any day if you want to buy. However, the service department is awful! Over a month ago I took my 2011 Equinox in for what I was lead to believe would be covered under warranty. I specifically asked that I be contacted once the work was done as my husband was at work and I was off. That afternoon my husband calls from work advising Wheaton called him to say the repairs are not under warranty and will cost $500. I called the service department to ask why. I left a message twice and nobody bothered to return my calls. When my husband went to pick up the vehicle later that day we were charged an $80 diagnostic fee. It was only after I contacted GM directly to file a complaint that Wheaton then offered to reimburse the diagnostic charge in form of a service credit. Then to make matters worse I take my vehicle in for a recall (auto body) just before Christmas and I request the oil change be done specifically asking to apply the credit for this service. When I picked up my vehicle I was pleased to see they detailed it and I was in a rush to get back to work so I got in and drove to work. Once at work I noticed there were a few boxes of things missing from my car. I asked my husband to call the dealership to inquire where my stuff was and the service dept. told my husband everything was in the back and I obviously had not looked for it. My husband drove to my work and we looked and sure enough there were boxes of stuff missing. My husband called the service dept. again, and again they accused me of not looking and stated we needed to look again. My husband insisted the employee ask the detailers if they had put my belongings somewhere and sure enough he came back to the phone and told my husband the stuff was sitting at the shop. When my husband went to pick up the belongings the jerk of an employee didn't even have the decency to bring the stuff out himself or even apologize. He sent someone else to deliver and wouldn't even look at my husband. I will never have service done here again and have taken my business to RMP. I would suggest Wheaton review their service dept. and consider hiring better employees.

The only reason I go there is because I got free oil changes with my vehicle. Once they run out I will go elsewhere. They have a tendency just to do things without asking permission, then hand you the bill. Service department is horrible!
