My hubby and I were in the market to upgrade our 2012 Chevy Silverado and are long time customers of another dealership. We thought we would stop at Wheaton first just to see what they would do for us trade in wise and what not. We told them what we wanted and that we didn't want to screw around all day and that we were probably gonna head out elsewhere to see our options. Well we didn't leave, we stayed and signed a deal that day! They definitely delivered. Everyone that we dealt with from the sales team to the finance guy was amazing. So helpful, knowledgeable and actually wanting us to be happy -- which we totally are. We will buy our next upgrade from Wheaton and recommend them to everyone who is in the market for a vehicle. You guys are awesome!! Thank you for everything!!

Never again. Had Side Door Hem Factory recall repair done at Wheaton. Equinox returned to me with the interior dirty with the seats covered with metal paint chips (if I could post the picture I would, of which wheaton says it couldn't happen). Written work requests not completed and lie about it being done. Manager makes promises then retracts them. If you complain about the poor service, they turn their back on you. DO NOT BUY HERE, AND TAKE YOUR SERVICE WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE. PM me if you want pics and the details.
