I had an oil change. I always feel confident when I have any work done at OMS. Everyone is always pleasant and very educated in what needs to be done.

John was polite and respectful as he described what would be done to repair the issues above. He reviewed things and told me to contact him should anything not be up to par. Very happy with all interactions I have with John when ever I bring vehicles into OMS for repairs.

My first time seeing Dave and servicing at OMS and it was okay. A few issues surrounding the parts ordered and not being called timely when they arrived and some shuttle issues that customers should be told about. Will I be back - I'm not sure. He was courteous though and explained the issue they found with the vehicle which was nice.

No problem with dealership or warranty issues, in fact it's quite the opposite, they've been very helpful in catching the many things wrong with my vehicle. I suggest not buying a Chevy as their quality is sorely lacking these days, several recalls, my upgrades interior is scratched everywhere even with gentle usage as the material is cheap and on top of it all the vehicle gets terrible gas mileage. In short the service at OMS is very adequate it's GM quality that's the issue

He was helpful and communicated when the service was going to take longer than originally estimated. I would deal with him again. On another topic, I bought a Chevy Spark a few months ago and it was one of the worst experiences purchasing a car I have ever had. I will never buy a car from OMS ever again!

Steve McTavish is a quality service technician who will tell you what needs to be fixed what would help your vehicle run better. I wouldn't and won't go to anyone else.

Was told job should take an hour or so to do. Ended up being over 3 hours. One good thing I had a couple of free hot chocoates.
