Oil change & tires balanced - just went in to enquire if my free oil changes could be done in Oshawa & i was told they could be done at any GM Service Centre - did i want it done now - they took my car right in.

Very informative and well organized giving very good customer service Calls to explain problems of my car. Great service when I come in very respectful seems to be a hard working employee.

Randy was quick to have the brake concern rectified. The concern should not have happened, I believe, if the mechanic had done a complete brake service that I paid for a few days prior

Purchased car and wasn't given a fob for the alarm system so every time I tried to unlock my car the alarm went off. I went back to talk to the sales rep and he proceeded to tell me that every car does that... And wouldn't do anything to help me. He said everything would be tuned, safetied and fixed on my car I had to replace the breaks a few weeks after having the car. Will not return.
