So I'm not to impressed...I ordered the new canyon in January, it didn't get built till June, it is now still sitting there built and they are refusing to ship it. I'm starting to think they are doing this on purpose so I would cancel the truck as the price went up after I bought which means they will gain my deposit and sell the truck for more. Very disappointed with gm, now forced to wait and see what Ford or Toyota has to offer as I know for a fact that Ford actually tries to complete the sale by actually delivering it.

Walked into Georgian for the first time and was approached by Steph Boss in sales. I was looking to purchase my first truck. Originally settled for a 2017 Chevy Silverado LT which unfortunately didn’t turn out the way I had expected. Poor body work done, not rustproofed properly, and waited two weeks for pickup only to be disappointed in the end. After a long day, lots of words exchanged, and pure heartbreak, I turned away from the deal. A day later, Dylan the Sales Manager and Steph bent over backwards to make things right. I had fell in love with a 2018 Chevy Silverado Z71 after my first deal fell apart and they accommodated everything and more to get me into a truck I’d love. Today, I brought home this 2018 and I’ve been obsessed. I would highly recommend dealing with Steph Boss as she’s stuck around through all the ups and downs in order to get me into a truck I’d love. And I’d highly recommend Georgian as Dylan has been the most sincere, compassionate, caring manager I’ve ever dealt with. He did everything and more to make things right. They made sure there was a light at the end of the tunnel and made sure I was happy in the end.

My boss takes his work trucks here and one of their mechanics left a Popeyes drinking cup and a bag of Popeyes garbage in the truck, I'm sure they just forgot to remove it but man what the heck

Terrible customer service. Ordered 5 company vehicles from on order, needed up needing another vehicle right away. During the process of getting approval for the vehicle we found out they were getting the approval for a completely different vehicle then what we ordered/requested. Horrible communication very disappointed with overall customer service

The staff here (Gavin, our sales rep) and John (Finance Manager) worked diligently to pull together a deal on a 2023 GMC pick up for our real estate development firm, super fast, delivered right to our shop, A+ experience, we will be happy to work with team again in the future. Thanks gentlemen
