I had a great experience in Barries georgian Chevrolet my seat belt was stuck and the service consultant Michael Pierro was so helpful and knowledgeable and fixed it in no time and the best part was no charge I was very happy.

Do not buy a GMC. If you run into warranty issues they will try every dirty trick not to cover it. Oh and your brakes will need replacing at 40k. The picture shows what the Service managers said was normal brake wear. I promise you will regret your very expensive purchase.

I was looking at a vehicle over the weekend and when I was approximately 5 minutes away I got called with the news that the truck had just sold the night before! But Ryan W. went and found some comparable models for me. Unfortunately nothing suited my needs so I did not make a purchase. Ryan did not make me feel pressured which was nice. The customer service was great, even though I never made a deal. Thanks.

My 2017 Chevy Colorado has been in for service multiple times, under warranty they replaced hundreds of parts and assured me everything was fixed. Almost 2 years later fresh out of warranty All of the codes came back and more. Tried to fix it myself and in that process there were hundreds of missing heat shields, bolts, nuts, things that were not fastened down properly, clips and cables that were not reattached to their original locations, cuts sous vide and taped up electrical harnesses. I called the dealership and they wanted me to book an appointment so I could pay for the repairs. This is not a question of their service teams. Knowledgeability or ability to complete work. But it does show you their workmanship. Highly recommend taking your vehicle to the service team at Paul sadlon instead I have never had an issue.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Nick Kloepfer at GMC who completely ruined my truck buying process. From the start, this individual displayed a shocking level of dishonesty, making false promises and misleading statements. Communication was abysmal, with little to no response to my inquiries, leaving me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. To top it off, when my truck finally arrived, it was missing some of the options I had specifically requested on multiple occasions. This entire ordeal has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this particular salesperson at GMC.

Me and my boyfriend went in to get him a new truck. The sales staff was amazing, they were full of info and very attentive. I have no issues with this part of our experience. I was however bothered by the fact that they said they’d like to get him into a new truck that same day, and we ended up waiting over 2 weeks and eventually leaving the truck and getting our deposit back. Over those 2 weeks we were asked for more and more clarification on our incomes, when he already owns a Chevy truck and never missed payments on it and I make a good amount. I was asked for a letter from my employer, bank statements, previous T4s from my past job, and they still said it wasn’t enough. Then they asked if I could instead apply for the truck when I was just going to co-sign. So my info to verify my income isn’t enough but it’s enough that you want me as the primary owner? This makes no sense whatsoever. I’m very displeased with how this was handled. Thank you for nothing. Go to other dealers this was too much stress.
